play the playoff blues
Wedding fever took a temporary back seat with the advent of the bi-annual family excursion to promotion play-off land. For the first time in living memory the boys in red and blue didn't perform to the usual heroic failure script, instead totally capitulating. We're blaming mascot-for-the-day Bryan Blain.

Which means wedding fever can now take, once again, the front seat. The first division of the Canadian invasion came last week. They've since taken up a defensive position in Bath, till reinforcements arrive tomorrow. Then it's all up to BotolphClaydon, the village hall and some more disco dancing.
